Need a copy of your LCJ transcript?
Current LCJ students and alumni are able to order official transcripts through the Lakeland College home campus (WI, USA).
A signature is required to release your records, so a written request must be made. The following information should be included:
Your name, Your Student ID#, Dates of LCJ attendance, Your current e-mail address, Your current home address, Recipient name and address, Any special requests to be shown on the transcript, Shipping request and payment method (all requirements are included directly on the Transcript Request Form below).
To send the transcripts within the US domestically, the cost is $5 for the processing/sending fee (3-10 business days), $10 for a rush request (2 business days), or $25 (for EXPRESS shipping - domestic only). For International Sending, the cost is $40.
Fees are payable via credit card (with expiration date). Please remember to sign the form before faxing it to the Lakeland College home campus.
